Using the tools

The tools are free to use for personal and commercial work. They run in your browser, and what you make with them is yours.

No warranty

The site and the tools are provided as-is. They’re tested and they do useful work, but we don’t promise they’re free of errors or always available. If something matters, like a checksum, a converted file or a scrubbed document, double-check the result before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or the tools, including lost data, lost profits or indirect damages.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its servers
• use the site to break the law or to harm other people
• try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours

Our content

The site’s design, text, code and logo belong to Viridian Creations. Photographs and artwork from other sources belong to their owners and are used under their licenses. See the licenses page for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the bottom of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go to [email protected].
